Job Vacancy: Pharmacy sales representative.
The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the target in terms of value, profitability, coverage, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve the sales target on a monthly and yearly basis, and increase distribution and market share.
• Implement the approved sales cycle follow-up on clients and satisfy their needs.
• Cover the assigned clients by pushing on all brands and adding new clients.
• Supply clients with updates about all product offerings.
• Check the inventory at the clients to prepare replenishment orders.
• Ensure daily productivity in terms of sales.
• Report all problems and solutions to the Sales Supervisor.
• Execute all requested reports from the direct supervisor.
• Monitor near-expiry date products and ensure their liquidation.
• Collect all invoices at the right time to avoid being overdue.
• Monitor the client’s account statement to ensure that credit notes and other types of financial compensations are done on time.
• Market feedback data collection concerning competitors’ sales, promotions, new products, and marketing activities.
• Fill daily sales reports to monitor the visits to clients and their orders.
• Apply merchandising to displays and marketing when needed.
Qualifications and skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or business field.
• Preferably to have 1 -3 years of experience in sales,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Learning-oriented, with a drive to always enhance their knowledge and skills.
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
